Sheila Burkett is the visionary co-founder and CEO of Spry Digital. As a Digital Strategy and Business Transformation Expert, she helps organizations reach their full potential through custom solutions. With over three decades of experience, Sheila brings extensive knowledge and innovation to every project.
After a 20-year career at a global financial institution, Sheila rose to become a general partner and senior director. Consequently, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey in 2006. This path led to the launch of Spry Digital in 2010, where she currently serves as CEO. Because she believes in providing robust digital solutions, she ensures that Spry’s work is both affordable and maintainable for organizations of all sizes.
Additionally, her leadership style emphasizes team empowerment and continuous learning. This focus fosters a culture of creativity and problem-solving at Spry Digital. For instance, Sheila’s contributions have earned her recognition as one of the St. Louis Business Journal’s Most Influential Business Women. She also remains a two-time Titan 100 honoree.
Furthermore, Sheila is deeply involved in the St. Louis community. She serves on the University of Missouri–St. Louis College of Business Leadership Council and acts as the 2025 Leader Lunch chair for the YWCA.
