Sheila Shahpari
Sheila Shahpari is the founder and Principal of Paritta Group Inc., a digital agency specializing in customer and employee engagement solutions built on Microsoft and Open-Source technologies. An Enterprise Architect and 10-time Microsoft MVP in both Artificial Intelligence and Business Applications, she began her career as a software engineer and has since served in numerous leadership roles across the professional services industry.
Beyond her agency work, Sheila provides strategic technical guidance to AI startups and serves as a product advisor to Microsoft for their AI and Business Application suites. Her deep technical expertise spans Enterprise Architecture, Delivery Leadership, Capability Development, CRM, and Enterprise Search.
A dedicated community leader, Sheila is active in various technical groups and nonprofits. Outside of her professional life, she is an avid runner, a talented musician, and an aspiring whiskey connoisseur.
