Dawn Hieger is a driving force at Spry Digital and is known for her exceptional leadership and dedication to operational excellence. As Chief Relationship Officer, Dawn oversees all administrative functions, including finance, invoicing, HR, hiring, contracts, and business operations. She regularly audits internal systems to identify opportunities for savings. 

Since joining Spry Digital, Dawn has committed herself to innovating and redefining system processes, and her strategic initiatives have significantly elevated the company. 

She supports a diverse team of full-time and part-time employees, fostering a culture of inclusivity and high job satisfaction. Her commitment to recruitment and retention, especially in the technology sector, is evident through innovative approaches – like gender-neutral job postings – and through community outreach.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dawn is passionate about community service. She serves as an Advisory Board member and is former president of the American Advertising Federation St. Louis. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for North Tech and South Tech High Schools’ Web and Computer Programming programs. Additionally, she volunteers at Hodgen Tech Elementary School, contributing to field days and book fairs and refreshing the library so it can be used inclusively by all students.

In her personal life, Dawn enjoys boxing and all sorts of workouts, traveling for beaches and food experiences, and exploring all life has to offer with her two children, two dogs, and a supportive husband. Dawn brings positive energy to all she encounters. Her continued focus on people and performance makes her an indispensable leader and mentor.
