Asking the kind of questions that help us understand our clients’ needs
It’s not every day that we are asked to rebrand a 100-year-old business, so we were thrilled when Winco Window Co. asked us to reboot their brand identity and web platform. To get the new branding right the first time, we conducted stakeholder interviews with owners, internal staff, salespeople, and partners (construction and architects).
Helping an established company develop the brand for the next generation
To elevate the legacy brand to a refreshed one that expresses who the company is today, we developed the brand voice out the findings of the brand audit and stakeholder interviews.
We developed a range of logo and identity variations, providing a more historical evolution of the logo as well as fresh ideas to give our client options to consider.
Thanks to the access our client granted, the selected logo was inspired by a visit we took to the factory, seeing glass panes aligned on racks for production.
To ensure the new brand was expressed in a consistent manner, we developed comprehensive brand guidelines and collateral for marketing and sales teams.
