A new way to engage with a region ready for change

Our relationship with Greater St. Louis, Inc. resulted in a modern, user-friendly website that clearly conveys the organization’s strategic initiatives, along with the benefits of living and working in the area.

To ensure multiple stakeholders felt heard, we conducted a series of interviews and workshops to learn more about their challenges, goals, and vision for the new web experience

We shared our insights about the client’s situation and our recommendations, including a Findings Report and proposed Information Architecture. Through collaborative revisions, we arrived at a reimagined user experience that allows a wide variety of audiences to find real value in the organization’s online platform.

We’re proud to have supported this organization’s transition from a collection of legacy brands to a new, comprehensive global brand representing the region. Greater St. Louis, Inc. now has a powerful platform to easily publish a steady stream of compelling content, storytelling, and events.
