A static report becomes a dynamic experience


Refreshed brand guidelines helped to establish a presence for the Sustainability Action Plan, presenting opportunities to rethink key icons and focus areas.

Iconography was created and distinct colors were selected to distinguish 12 key focus areas, including those for green building standards, sustainable transportation, waste reduction, and equity-focused initiatives.

The microsite aimed to simplify and enhance readability of the Sustainable Action Plan by transforming the report into a more accessible, user-friendly format.

Providing a roadmap for sustainable development

The plan emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and resilience, aiming to position Cortex as a model for sustainability and community well-being. To foster adaptability, it also integrates pilot programs and partnerships to scale impactful solutions across the region.
