In addition to his professional achievements, Wayne and his wife Lauren Turley founded Catherine Cares, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting families of babies with life-threatening diagnoses. He is deeply committed to his community, serving on the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Development Board, contributing to the St. Louis Sports Commission, and being a member of the Computer Science Advisory Board at Southeast Missouri State University, his alma mater.
