Around Spry

Thursday night, Spry Digital co-founder Sheila Burkett joined Dr. Barbara Gault of IWPR and Carissa Figgins of The Sparrow’s Nest on a panel discussion about empowering women economically. The event was hosted by KWMU and The Women’s Foundation of Greater St. Louis. The full house enjoyed an enlightening discussion on the ways that women’s economic situations can be improved, which ranged from accessible education to public transportation.
