We are looking for a qualified project manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and smooth operation of our client’s projects, including new websites, updated websites, online tools, web applications, and branding.
For this position, we expect you to be a savvy professional with an understanding of how solutions can help clients achieve their business goals. You should be organized and have excellent time-management skills. As a project manager, you should also be adept at using your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various internal and external teams.
Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our clients’ projects with quality and within time and budget requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Coordinate and manage internal resources (technology and design) and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to guide and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using a change-order process
- Monitor project hours/costs and make adjustments to scope, as needed, to meet budgetary requirements
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including spreadsheets, workflows, and process maps
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Report and escalate issues/risks to management as needed
- Create client status reports
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Meet with client and internal teams regularly to ensure alignment on requirements and timeline and to clarify the specific requirements of each project phase
- Use designated tools to ensure proper time reporting, task management, and invoicing
- Represent Spry Digital in a professional manner in all client communications
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Provide leadership to internal teams to maintain morale and assist with clearing any blockers

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project management or similar experience
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/tasks of varying complexity
- Adept at learning required tools, e.g. Gitlab, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace
- College degree in a relevant field, e.g., business, marketing, communications, computer science, information technology
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with content management systems and HTML/CSS
- Understanding of SEO and web analytics
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience presenting to internal teams and clients
- Technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
