Job Summary

We are seeking an engaging and motivated individual to provide day to day contact with clients. This individual should have a desire to work in the creative and technology industry and enjoy solving problems. A Client Success Manager must learn the client's business and help provide the strategy for both current and future projects. The ideal candidate will excel at written and verbal communications, customer service skills, attention to detail and a desire to learn about technology and digital solutions. 

This position will work on-site in our Saint Louis, Missouri office.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide day to day contact with clients
  • Follow the Spry Digital process to provide clients with the best experience for projects
  • Lead meetings and presentations, internally and with clients
  • Foster relationships with clients to drive excellent experience on current projects and leads for future projects
  • Understand the client's business and how Spry Digital can provide appropriate solutions
  • Contribute and lead execution of the client strategy
  • Excellent attention to detail and learning individual client needs

The Typical Day May Include

  • Working with the internal team to provide solutions for the client
  • Attending client and/or internal meetings
  • Ensuring client needs are met with proposed solutions
  • Acting as a liaison between Spry Digital and clients 
  • Using designated software to provide updates to the team and clients
  • Prioritizing tasks to provide a high level of customer service throughout the process 
  • Capturing notes during meetings and providing summaries to team and clients

Qualifications and Skills

  • BA or BS degree in Marketing, Advertising Communications (Journalism) or Business Administration or equivalent job experience
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of account experience, with agency experience preferred
  • Exemplifies excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Provides an exceptional level of customer service to all clients
  • Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands
  • Problem solver who identifies problems and is able to course correct
  • Desire to learn new technologies and share that knowledge with others
  • Builds strong relationships with internal teams and clients
  • Works well in group situations and as part of a team
  • Manages difficult or emotional client situations
  • Takes responsibility for own actions
  • Attention to detail and ensures quality throughout a project
  • Manages the overall account budget and project budgets
  • Plans, executes and tracks client initiatives
