Suddenlink supports 1.5 million customers in seven states with cable, phone, internet and other services for residential and business. As an expanding company, both in terms of geography and new products and services, they needed a new website for residential customers that would position Suddenlink as a best-in-class provider of information, communication and entertainment. Suddenlink turned to Spoke Marketing and Spry Digital to execute a responsive website that is intuitive, would help increase conversion, and would reflect the new branding and business direction.
Spry Digital worked closely with Spoke Marketing, Suddenlink’s marketing partner, to create a user experience that would allow customers to efficiently browse Suddenlink’s complete line of products and services and allow them to easily sign up for new services and modify their existing ones. Spry Digital helped conduct usability testing of the public website as well as on “My Suddenlink”, a portal that allows customers to access and modify their plans and billing information.
Spry Digital also helps support and maintain Suddenlink’s Buyflow application, a custom onboarding solution built in AngularJS and Node.js that allows visitors to easily sign up for new services and change existing plans. Buyflow includes Mixpanel integration for robust user tracking and reporting for the Suddenlink sales team.
Spry Digital built the website on the Drupal 7 content management system. Features of the website include multi-language support and location aware banners that display offers based on the visitor’s physical address.
In the last year, traffic to the Buyflow application has increased 37% while new customer and unit sales are seeing increases of over 40%.
